Access to medical care is becoming increasingly challenging to find. The population of older adults is growing while the older adult workforce is slowly shrinking. We seeks to address this gap with a highly-trained team whose passion is the care of older adults in a variety of settings. We provide medical services for long-term care, assisted living, skilled rehab, and independent living as well as consult Services for communities wanting to develop or contract with a skilled medical team.
Our focus is to provide excellent, patient centric care with a focus on minimizing medication-related side-effects, optimizing treatment of chronic conditions and maximizing physical, emotional and cognitive function in those settings where older adults reside. Our overall goal is to seek the highest quality of life for older adults based on their preferences, desires and goals.
